Here’s what we did during IBS:

Integrity reported on some big trends in the construction industry, like these six upcoming home design and building trends for 2011 (with videos!).

Integrity unveiled an array of new and improved products — a new All Ultrex Round Top window, certified factory-mulled assemblies from the IMPACT Products line, a new spacer bar option in our Wood-Ultrex Series, and a new standard size for our sliding French door.

Integrity showcased other cool products from the Builders’ Show, like this outdoor space heater, a toilet with self-closing lid, a power station for charging electric cars, and some stunning hand-crafted metalwork.

Integrity interviewed a bunch of smart folks, including Paul Anater of Kitchen and Residential Design and NAHB board member Robert Wiedenmann.

Those are some of our favorite highlights from IBS2011. What were some of your favorites from the show?

Live from the International Builders’ Show, the Dewalt Challenge is really popular.

Most builders are taking 16-20 seconds to drive 5 screws. Unbelievably, one sheetrocker yesterday did it in 7.21 seconds. Wish we had been on hand to film that!
